SENIOR & JUNIOR AI SOFTWARE ENGINEERS

Must be highly creative, with a strong mathematics background and a familiarity with object-oriented programming (Java experience is ideal but C++ is OK). Experience with time series analysis, genetic algorithms, neural networks, self-organizing systems a plus. Ability to work closely with others is key.

Junior position requires B.S. in computer science or related discipline, or comparable experience. Senior position requires 5 years experience, or advanced degree plus 2 years experience.

JUNIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER -- GUI DEVELOPMENT

This is an entry-level Java programming position. You will work closely with our Senior GUI Engineer to build the Webmind user interface. Knowledge of the Java 1.1 event model and the Swingset is desirable. B.S. in computer science or related discipline, or comparable experience, required.

JUNIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER -- DATABASE

This is an entry-level Java programming position. You will use JDBC and other tools to build the interface between our Webmindä AI software and relational databases. B.S. in computer science or related discipline, or comparable experience, required.

SENIOR & JUNIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEERS -- COMPUTER GRAPHICS

We are looking for a senior-level programmer with a reasonably strong knowledge of the Mathematics underlying computer graphics, as well as a good intuitive sense of what makes an attractive data-visualization scheme. The work involves tailoring third-party tools for visualization of numerical data, and designing and perfecting innovative graph-theoretic schemes for visualizing complex networks of relationship.

Junior position requires B.S. in computer science or related discipline, or comparable experience. Senior position requires 5 years experience, or advanced degree plus 2 years experience.

FINANCIAL ENGINEER

We are looking for someone with a strong mathematical background, e.g. a Mathematics or Physics Ph.D; and with at least some programming experience in Java, C++ or C. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with object-oriented programming, and a knowledge of options and derivatives analysis and portfolio optimization.
